As a result of competitive awards, Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. now has contracts with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Federal Supply Service Information Technology (IT), the Professional Engineering Services (PES), the Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), and the Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) schedules.

- GSA has already determined our prices to be fair and reasonable. Customers can use their own discretion in selecting those SPA products and services needed.
- In addition, you now have the freedom to place orders under $2,500 directly with any schedule contractor of your choice.
- To ensure that a "Best Value" determination is made, as required by FAR 8.404, for orders over $2,500, you may place orders with SPA after either (1) reviewing the GSA Advantage! on-line electronic ordering system or (2) considering at least three Schedule price lists for similar products and services.
