Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., was founded by Chairman of the Board Phillip E. Lantz in 1972 with three employees. Mr. Lantz served as President and CEO until January 2014. Today, more than 450 talented and experienced employees provide decision support to key national security leaders.
SPA was founded on work primarily with the U.S. Navy, leading major technical support programs for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
