The ISR Systems Group (ISG) provides robust acquisition management and technical
analysis to Navy acquisition professionals so they may field advanced
capabilities that deliver Information Superiority. Specific areas of expertise include the following:
Acquisition program planning and documentation.
- Acquisition strategy and supporting milestone decision development in an acquisition reform environment.
Systems engineering and trade-off analysis.
- Technical assessments and recommendations for insertion of new technology efforts into Naval Information and Electronic Warfare programs.
Business process reengineering/information technology.
- Assessing functional requirements and existing processes, then designing and implementing management information systems, databases, and networking solutions.
Contract and contract management support.
- Request For Proposal (RFP) preparation, field activity task preparation, C/SSR analysis, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review, and CDRL tracking.
Briefings for high-level military decision makers.
- Development of complex multimedia presentations and creation of Web sites.
