The Joint Warfare Analysis Division (JWAD) conducts operations
research and systems analysis on a wide variety of joint warfare
issues, including the impact of naval systems on the joint
air-land battle. Additionally, JWAD employees excel at developing
automated tools that increase productivity and ensure the timely
and accurate acquisition and analysis of mission-critical
information. Specific services include the following:
- Force requirements studies
- Joint warfare assessments
- Systems effectiveness studies
- Cost and cost-effectiveness analysis
- Database development
- Budget, appropriations and force components analysis
- Business process reengineering and information systems development
- Modeling and simulation
- Logistics assessments and wargame support
