Mr. Badhwar has 30 years of hands-on leadership experience in IT and Cybersecurity, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at SPA. Raj is the former Global CISO at Jacobs Solutions, former Global CISO at Voya Financial, former Advisory CISO at Oracle Cloud, former Global Head of Cybersecurity at AIG, and has formerly held other senior technology leadership roles at BAE Systems Inc., and Bank of America.

As a technology thought leader, Raj has authored six books, namely, IT Collaboration by Design: New Practices for Leadership and Trust, Generative AI: Strategies for Risk Management and Secure Implementations, The CISO Guide to Incident Response, The CISO Guide to Zero Trust Security, The CISO's Next Frontier: AI, Post-Quantum Cryptography and advanced security paradigms, and The CISO's Transformation - security leadership in a high threat landscape. He has also co-authored 14 IT and Security patents and is a frequent speaker at major conferences, presenting on innovative IT topics.

Raj holds multiple certifications, including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OCP (Oracle Cloud Certified Professional), and is FINRA licensed.

Mr. Badhwar holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering from Karnatak University, and a master of science degree in Information Systems from George Washington University.
