The Strategic Planning and Analysis Group provides on-site support with focus on the protection of controlled technical information (CTI) efforts across the DoD enterprise. Horizontal protection of CTI is a high priority to the DoD and is critical to preserving the competitive advantage and technological superiority of the United States as well as the proprietary information of the defense industrial base. Local travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of counterintelligence experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Science and Technical Intelligence:
– Collection requirements generation/management, and production
– Military Department Production Centers (e.g., NGIC, MSIC, NASIC, ONI)
• 4+ years of experience in Counterintelligence:
– Offensive Counterintelligence
– Analysis and Production
– Intelligence or Counterintelligence support to Research Development & Acquisition (RDA)
– Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
– Advanced Persistent Threat (APT)
– Open Source Intelligence
– Vulnerability Assessments
– Security
• Active Top Secret Clearance. TS/SCI with CI polygraph is preferred.
Job Description:
Provide integration, assessments, analysis, and production in support of DoD’s critical acquisition programs and technologies. Coordinate with the IC, CI, Law Enforcement and the Military Department and/ Defense Agency Counterintelligence Organizations, as required. Conduct coordinated, integrated, horizontal, intelligence based vulnerability assessments against programmatic collection and production requirements to identify threats, risks, vulnerabilities, and losses to identified critical technologies and programs. Identify security and protection vulnerabilities of the critical acquisition programs and technologies and recommend effective, cost efficient countermeasures/enhanced protection, and assist with the integrated intelligence and counterintelligence support to Acquisition Program Plan and Strategic Engagement Plan.

Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
