The Joint Tactical Analysis Group (JTAG) is focused on providing analytic support to senior national defense decision makers, allowing them to make better decisions regarding their allocation of resources and improving operational capabilities. We do a wide range of analysis, to include supporting resource allocation decisions, development of optimization tools, analysis of military operations and joint training assessments. We also assist other groups conducting analysis of ground and expeditionary warfare.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other science and technology related subjects is required.
• 15 years of recent and relevant programmatic and technical support experience are required.
• Proficient in program management, systems engineering, and an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following:
     o Army long range fires,
     o Data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning systems,
     o Autonomous systems,
     o Long range weapon kill chains,
     o Communications, networking, inter-networking in communications denied environments.
     o Maritime Operations and Shipboard Environments
• Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft power point, excel and/or other equivalent program management tools.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated.
• Top Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain an SCI.
Job Description:
In support of the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO):  Develop program plans, schedule, milestones, and monitor technical progress against performance objectives and budget and assist in creating pathways for technologies to enter into warfighter capability sets. The Contractor shall partner with Service or Defense Agency Program Offices to leverage existing capabilities in new and innovative ways and to provide expertise in relevant technical disciplines. Conduct performance analyses and assist with technical assessments of performer progress based on the task elements within the performer’s SOW in order to track program progress, technical risk, and potential program impact of failure.  Assist in the development and transition of technology and systems to the user community. The Contractor shall support the activities of on-going and future work and be familiar with the interaction of the technology/system program with the respective community at large.
  

Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
