• Bachelor's in Physics, Chemistry, of Engineering is required. Masters or Doctorate is desired
• 20+ years of relevant experience with a demonstrated knowledge of nuclear sciences and processes are required..
• Strong communication and technical writing skills necessary to prepare and provide technical briefings and reports are required. Experience in managing, planning, conducting and evaluating research and development projects is required.
• Proven ability to provide advice and guidance in technical areas requiring extensive interpretation of processes and methods to engineers, scientists, and senior government officials is required.
• Top Secret Clearance is required.
• DHS Fitness ABLE is highly desired.

Job Description:
Provide advice and guidance in technical areas requiring extensive interpretation of processes and methods. Consult and advise all levels of federal management and technical personnel, including federal staff from other federal agencies.

Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
