Alexandria, Virginia – Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), a leading global provider of data-driven analytical insights supporting complex national security programs and defense priorities, has been awarded a contract on the multiple award Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. SPA and Intrepid, an SPA company, were both awarded a contract under the 10-year IDIQ with a $151B ceiling.
