SPA’s Young Professionals Group (YPG) supported the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program, which aims to provide gifts for hundreds of thousands of children with the assistance of anonymous donors.
This year, our Employee Resource Group collected gifts for 36 children! This initiative truly reflects SPA’s spirit of giving back to our community.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to provide support, enhance career development, and contribute to personal development in our work environment while fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace. The purposes and goals of each ERG are aligned with the shared characteristics or life experiences of the populations they serve. SPA’s ERG co-chairs communicate with senior leadership to offer insights and generate ideas to produce a more inclusive environment.
SPA has four active ERGs: Multicultural Excellence, Recognition, and Individual Talent (MERIT), SPA VETS, Young Professionals Group (YPG), and Women’s Initiative for Networking and Knowledge (WINK).

Supports our veteran, Reserve, and National Guard community by empowering our vets through inspiring stories, valuable resources, networking opportunities, and insights from fellow veterans.
